Dr. and Mrs. William Howard accept an award of merit from the Mississippi Historical Society and the Mississippi Heritage Trust for the exemplary restoration of Sedgewood Plantation in rural Madison County. The award was presented by former Governor William F. Winter, chairman of the Mississippi Heritage Trust.
